Canceling Visible is simple, but timing matters if you plan to port your number. Here's how to safely cancel or stop billing.
Don't cancel first. Your Visible account will close automatically after the port finishes.
Follow the cancellation steps below to properly close your account.
Open the Visible app on your phone.
Tap Account → Manage Plan → Cancel Service.
Confirm cancellation at the end of your billing cycle.
⚠️ No refunds: No refunds for prepaid billing.
⚠️ Number recycling: Once canceled, your number is recycled after ~30 days.
⚠️ Keep your number: Port out before canceling if you want to keep your number.
⚠️ Data backup: Save voicemails and messages before canceling.
