If your Visible number was deactivated, you might still be able to recover it. Here's how to restore a deleted Visible number before it's permanently released.

Retention Window

Numbers are held for 30 days after deactivation.

After 30 days, numbers are released back to the carrier pool and may be reassigned to new customers.

Provide Account Details

Provide your account email and the number you want restored.

Wait for Verification

If the number hasn't been reissued, Visible can reactivate it within 48 hours.
