Having trouble activating your Visible SIM or eSIM? Here's how to fix common activation issues and get connected quickly.
Download the Visible app from the App Store or Google Play.
Log in and select Activate SIM/eSIM.
Follow the prompts and restart your device when prompted.
Check for carrier lock on your device. Contact your previous carrier to unlock if needed.
Turn off VPNs during setup as they can interfere with activation.
If eSIM fails, delete and reinstall the app, then request a new QR code.
Try resetting network settings if activation continues to fail.
