If you're switching away from Visible, you'll need both your account number and transfer PIN. Here's exactly where to find both pieces of information.
Your account number is your Visible phone number.
Open the Visible app on your phone.
Tap Account → Request Transfer PIN.
You'll receive a 6-digit PIN by email/SMS (valid for 7 days).
💡 Request your PIN right before starting your port—it expires quickly.
💡 Keep your Visible account active until the port completes.
💡 Write down both the account number and PIN before starting the port process.
💡 If you don't receive the PIN, check your spam folder or request a new one.
