Grasshopper is a monthly subscription service, so cancellation is simple — but timing matters if you want to keep your number.
Do not manually cancel. Once your port completes, the service auto-closes.
Follow the cancellation steps below to properly end your service.
Log in to the dashboard.
Go to Account → Billing.
Click Cancel My Account.
Confirm the cancellation reason.
⚠️ No refunds: No refunds for partial months.
⚠️ Number release: Numbers are released 30–60 days after canceling.
⚠️ Keep your number: Port out before canceling if you want to keep your number.
⚠️ Data backup: Save voicemails and call logs before canceling.
