Grasshopper Voicemail & Message Backup Guide
If you're migrating away from Grasshopper, save your voicemails and call history before closing your account.

Log into the Grasshopper dashboard.
Go to Voicemails.
Download any message as an MP3.
Navigate to Call History.
Export CSV logs (date, time, duration, caller ID).
• MP3 audio files
• Caller information
• Timestamp data
• Message duration
• Date and time
• Call duration
• Caller ID information
• Call direction (inbound/outbound)
Once your account closes, all voicemail and call logs are permanently deleted.
⚠️ Back up before canceling: Complete all backups before initiating account cancellation.
⚠️ No recovery after deletion: Grasshopper cannot recover data once an account is closed.
⚠️ Organize your files: Create folders to organize voicemails by date or caller.
