To transfer your number to another carrier, you must provide your Fi account number and PIN. Here's exactly where to find both pieces of information.
Your Google Fi account number is your 10-digit phone number.
Visit fi.google.com and sign in to your account.
Click Manage plan → Transfer your number → Get transfer PIN.
The PIN is valid for 7 days.
💡 Generate a new PIN if the old one expires.
💡 Keep your Fi account active until port completion.
💡 Write down both the account number and PIN before starting the port process.
