How to Port Out of Hushed – Complete Number Transfer Guide (2025)

Learn how to port your Hushed number to another carrier. Includes account number, port-out PIN, eligibility rules, and timelines.

If you're leaving Hushed and want to take your number with you, the process is simple — but only if your number qualifies. Hushed numbers are VoIP numbers, and not all are portable.

Before You Start

  • Your Hushed number must be eligible for port-out
  • The number must be active
  • You need your account number and porting PIN
  • You may need a CSR (Customer Service Record)

Check Port-Out Eligibility

  1. 1 Open the Hushed app
  2. 2 Go to Menu → Numbers
  3. 3 Select the number you want to port out
  4. 4 Check if "Number Porting Eligible" appears
    • If not shown → contact Hushed Support

Find Your Account Number & Porting PIN

  • Your Hushed account number is the phone number you are porting
  • Your porting PIN must be requested from Hushed Support:

You'll receive your PIN within 24–48 hours.

Porting Steps

  1. 1 Contact your new carrier to start a port-in
  2. 2 Provide:
    • • Hushed number
    • • Port-out PIN
    • • Name and address used in your Hushed billing
  3. 3 Wait for the LOA (Letter of Authorization)
  4. 4 Port completes in 2–7 business days
