If your Boost Mobile number expired due to inactivity or cancellation, you may still recover it. Here's how to get your number back before it's permanently reassigned.
Numbers are held for 30 days after deactivation.
After 30 days, they're recycled to the carrier pool and may be reassigned to new customers.
Call Boost Support (833-502-6678) immediately.
Provide your account details and the deleted number.
If the number is still inactive, Boost can reassign it within 24–48 hours.
• Recovery is only possible if the number hasn't been reassigned to another customer.
• You'll need to reactivate service and may need to purchase a new plan.
• Previous voicemails and text messages will not be restored.
• Act quickly — the sooner you contact Boost, the better your chances.
💡 Keep your account active by adding funds before your balance expires.
💡 Set up auto-pay to avoid accidental service lapses.
💡 If switching carriers, port your number instead of canceling first.
