Log in to Admin Portal > Messages > Voicemail
Click Download next to each file (saved in .WAV format)
Navigate to Analytics > Call Recordings in your Admin Portal
Choose date range and users for your export
Choose Bulk Export for .ZIP file download containing all recordings
Export from Messages > Text > Export Thread
Download from Messages > Fax > Export
