Activation problems are common but easy to fix. Here's how to get your Mint Mobile service working.
Visit mintmobile.com/activate.
Enter your 11-digit SIM number or scan your eSIM QR code.
Restart your device once activation completes.
Check for carrier lock on your phone. Mint Mobile requires an unlocked GSM device.
Disable VPNs during activation. They can interfere with the activation process.
If eSIM fails, delete the profile and re-scan the QR code. Go to Settings → Cellular → Delete eSIM.
Reset network settings if you're still having issues. This clears old carrier configurations.
